What to do if the charge does not start with the Electra charging card?

If you experience an issue starting a charging session, please contact the charge point operator (CPO) directly: their phone number is displayed on the charging station.


📱 Is it possible to start the charge via the app instead?

At certain stations, it is possible to start a charging session via the Electra app if you experience an issue with the card. The app is the main source of information to check whether this option is available at a given station.

In general, charging via the app is possible on:

  • ChargeLeague network stations

  • Stations from CPOs directly connected to the Electra network (Powerdot, Zunder, Tesla, etc.)

  • Certain stations accessible via PlugSurfing
