👤 Who can order a card?
All Electra users can order a card, whether you are a new customer or already registered on the application.
📲 How do I order my card?
The order is placed entirely through the Electra app. Before ordering, make sure you have:
an active Electra account
a linked payment method
Your delivery address will be requested during the order process.
💡 Double-check it before confirming — it cannot be changed afterwards.
💶 How much does the card cost?
The price depends on your situation at the time of ordering:

First-time subscriber to an Electra+ Essential or Smart plan | First card free 🎁 |
Already an Electra+ member (Start or Boost plans) | Charged at cost price (approx. €5) |
Already an Electra+ member (Start or Boost) switching to an Essential or Smart plan | First card free 🎁 |
Not an Electra+ member and not wishing to become one | Charged at cost price (approx. €5) |
