At this time, CNAM feature is mainly supported with US carriers.

Caller ID Name - 15 characters only including spaces
A 15-digit ASCII code for the CallerID Name that you wish to register. That means letters, numbers, and standard punctuation, no special characters or Emojis. Also, the name in question needs to be linked to your business name or trademarks, and it will be vetted. We can't guarantee approval.
Email your information to:
Subject Line: CNAM / Caller ID Request
Once provided, we'll submit your request to our telephony provider and let you know once your submission has been approved.
I would also caution you against thinking that this will make it guaranteed that registering a CNAM will make your CallerID Name be displayed in every instance.
CNAM is not a mandatory standard, and some carriers either do not enable it by default or only offer it for certain clients, or require the use of a special app on the client's phone. This is especially common for mobile carriers. The situation there is improving, and more and more people should be able to see your CNAM displayed, but it's not a guaranteed outcome.
