GorillaDesk's VoIP feature allows you to upload custom voicemail messages for group numbers, personal numbers, auto-attendant settings, and after-hours settings.

Setting up Voicemail is a crucial step after activating your VoIP service. Without it, your customers will not be able to leave messages.

To activate your Voicemail greeting:

1. Navigate to the VOIP by GorillaDesk within Addons.

2. In the section for either the group number or personal number, click the 'Manage' button where you wish to set up a voicemail greeting.

3. For group, you can click on the button with 3 dots, then select 'Settings'.

4. Click the toggle to enable Voicemail Greetings, which will give you access to the record and upload buttons. You can directly record your voicemail greeting or upload a pre-recorded voice file. Alternatively, you have the option to type in your greeting, though this may sound robotic. This is a suitable option if you are not ready to record.

Please note that the you can only upload mp3 file format for your voicemail.

Click the 'Listen' button to hear the voicemail message.

5. Once you are done, hit the 'Save' button.

For personal numbers, you have to set up the voicemail message individually for each phone number.

1. Within the Personal Numbers settings page, click on the three-dot button next to the phone number for which you want to set up a voicemail message then select the option 'Settings'

2. Click the toggle to enable the Voicemail Greetings and have access to the record and upload button.
