This feature allows you to block unknown callers and spam texters.
To block a number, go to Inbox > Calls or SMS > the 'block' button will show up if the communication is coming from an unknown number.
Only communication from unknown numbers can be blocked.
The block button is available in the inbox section of both the V3 desktop and Mobile app
Communication from blocked numbers will be hidden.
Review and manage your blocked numbers under:
Addons > VoIP
or
Addons > SMS Text messaging
In this area, you can manage your blocked numbers and perform the following:
Check the list of blocked numbers
Search for a number
See who blocked the number
Date and time the numbers are blocked
Option to unblock a number
