Blocking A Phone Number

This feature allows you to block unknown callers and spam texters as well as other unwanted contacts from reaching you.

One way to block a number is by going to Inbox > Calls or SMS > the 'block' button will show up if the communication is coming from an unknown number.

  • The block button is available in the inbox section of both the V3 desktop and Mobile app

  • Communication from blocked numbers will be hidden.

Another way doing it is by manually blocking numbers. Go to Addons > SMS Text Messaging > Blocked Numbers, then click Manage. From there, select Block Number and enter the number you want to block from contacting your account.

Review and manage your blocked numbers under:

  • Addons > VoIP

or

  • Addons > SMS Text messaging

In this area, you can manage your blocked numbers and perform the following:

  1. Check the list of blocked numbers

  2. Search for a number

  3. See who blocked the number

  4. Date and time the numbers are blocked

  5. Option to unblock a number

  6. Option to block a new number
