Here are the step-by-step instructions on how to access and initiate calls using VoIP in the GorillaDesk mobile app:
Accessing Call Logs
You can access the list of all your incoming calls in this area. You can expand each item to listen to the voicemail or return the call.

To access your call logs on your mobile app, you need to:
Tap on the three lines or the menu button located in the upper left corner of the screen.
Click the Inbox
You will see a dropdown that says 'Tasks'; tap on it and select 'Calls'
You can filter call types using the dropdown next to 'Calls.' Filter it by selecting Inbound, Outbound, Missed, or Voicemail.
You can also filter by the technician assigned to the calls. Simply tap the Assigned to dropdown, select the users, and hit Save.
Utilize the search button if you are looking for a specific customer call log.

Make a Call
There are multiple areas and ways in the mobile app where you can make calls.
Calendar
Click on the Call icon on the lower right side of your screen
If you are assigned to a group number and a personal number, you can choose which one to use for making calls by clicking on the Caller ID and selecting your phone number.
Finally, enter the phone number you want to call, and then press the Call button.
Customer
Open a customer profile.
Click on the phone number, and options will appear below.
Click on the 'Make a Call by GorillaDesk' option, and then press the Call button.
If you are assigned to a group number and a personal number, you can choose which one to use for making calls by clicking on the Caller ID and selecting your phone number.
Press the Call button.
Job Details
Open a job.
Click on the phone number, and options will appear below.
Click on the 'Make a Call by GorillaDesk' option, and then press the Call button.

Press the Call button.
Inbox
Go to the Inbox
Tap on the Call icon
If you are assigned to a group number and a personal number, you can choose which one to use for making calls by clicking on the Caller ID and selecting your phone number.
Finally, enter the phone number you want to call, and then press the Call button.
Call Log
After filtering your Inbox to Calls, click on the call log to access the available call log options.
From there, click on the phone icon to initiate a phone call.

Incoming and outgoing calls appear as banners at the top, allowing you to continue working on your calendar even if you are in a call.
