How do I manage my account and display settings in the mobile app?

Discusses how mobile app users can manage their account and display settings in the mobile app

You can customize the way Hauler Hero Road looks and behaves from your Account page.

First thing’s first, click your profile icon at the top-left corner to access your account.

Going from top to bottom:

Personal Information brings up a screen with:

  1. Your account’s username

  2. Your account’s email on file

  3. Your account’s phone number on file

Change Date allows you to change what day’s routes you’re looking at and working with from the homepage.

Night Vision Conditions is a light mode/dark mode toggle.

Current Version identifies what version of Hauler Hero Road you currently have installed.

Logout is “Goodbye, for now.”

Settings has a handful of things you can adjust with respect to visuals and app behavior.

On the left, you can adjust the font size of the Route List as well as choose to “shrink” the contents by hiding the stop tag labels and, depending on which Card View you select, the stop’s street address or account name.

On the right, you can:

  • Specify whether or not we should cluster markers on the map together, as well as what threshold to do so.

  • Enable/disable “Follow Me,” which has the Map view follow your current location.

  • Enable/disable “Turn-by-Turn Navigation,” which tells you the next turn you should make for your route.

  • Adjust “Auto-Complete” settings (see more below).

What does Auto Complete Stops in the mobile app do?

Auto Complete Stops (ACS) automatically marks stop as “Complete” once your truck has been close enough to that stop’s location.

  • Maximum Radius - Dictates how far you can be from a stop’s location for ACS to trigger.

  • Auto Complete Time - Dictates how long you must be at a stop’s location before ACS triggers.

  • Auto Complete Buffer - Dictates how long a truck can briefly leave a stop’s location before the ACS countdown is cancelled.

  • Auto Complete Max Speed - Prevents ACS from triggering if you drive any faster than this.

You can also toggle Right Side Auto Complete if your truck’s on the curb side of each stop’s location. This is useful for residential routes where pickups are typically on the driver’s side.
