How does access work?
Every home has two parts to get through: the property or building entrance, and the unit door. Both are listed in the access instructions for that specific home in the Host App, so check them before you go.
The method can be different for the building and the unit. Find your method below and open its article for the steps.
Where do I find my access instructions?
Your access instructions are in the Host App. Start the job and tap "Access Instructions" to see the building and unit methods, the codes, and any locker or box location for that home. Check them before you leave for the job.

Returning keys
Some homes use physical keys and some do not. Always follow the access instructions for that specific home.
When a home has physical keys, return the set you used to the place named in the access instructions, such as the KeyNest, the KeyCafe, the lockbox, or the leasing office. If there are several sets, leave all but one on the counter and return that one.
If there is only one set, it goes back, so do not leave it on the counter.
Always return a set when you leave, even if the home was already unlocked.
If the home uses a Latch or another smart lock with an app or a code, there is usually no key to return. If it has a backup physical set, follow the rule above.

Check your access instructions before you leave for the job, so you know how to get into both the building and the unit.
The building entrance and the unit door can use different methods, so read both.
Make sure you are at the right property by checking the address in the job information.
Use the property address in the app to navigate there with your favorite maps app. Some properties have a different address for the leasing office, so check which one you need.
