Check out these summary statistics for 2024
You've made the most of recent features
In April we made a change allowing you and your learners to switch iQualify platform text and notification emails from English to Te reo Māori. So far over 1,300 people have tried it out!
In June we added the option for learners to report content in their course needing a fix and it’s already had more than 6,500 reports.
More recently we’ve expanded the reporting options in Group and User management letting people easily get completion data for learners. This too has had brilliant uptake in the few months it’s been out.
More helpful help
This year every single one of our 400+ Knowledge base articles has been reviewed and updated to include clearer instructions and more screenshots to help people find out "how to" faster.
We’ve also started creating short videos for our YouTube channel to help people with iQualify features. Check out Navigating your iQualify course made to help learners find their way around.
Over the break
Our hours
Our team is taking a break from 25 December - 6 January. In the meantime, try our Knowledge base flick, us an email. Or, if your query can't wait, - we'll be keeping an eye out for anything urgent.
Tell your learners your hours
We’ve told you the hours you can expect from us over the next few weeks. You might also want to update your support contact details or give your learners a heads up for any summer classes you’re running. Facilitators can post in a Talk channel or you could use Group messaging to send a Happy holidays email to your learners (and/or other roles in your organisation).
Review your courses and engagement
For those of you working through, you might find you have a bit of time on your hands to reflect and review. Facilitators can use their Class console to get insights on engagement, analyse task responses, and review learner feedback. Authors can check their Course hub and Insights to see which pages are getting the most likes/dislikes. Or, if you’re not sure where to start, try this short exercise to review a course and identify opportunities to improve it.
See you in 2025!
We’ll be back and refreshed in January - excited to share our plans for 2025 with you!
