No — using another sending tool's inbox alongside Maildoso won't cause any conflict. You can safely use the unibox / master-inbox feature of Instantly, Smartlead, or any other platform at the same time as your Maildoso Master Inbox.
How they work together
Your sequencer's unified inbox and the Maildoso Master Inbox read the same mailboxes; they don't interfere with each other. Many customers run campaigns from their sequencer and keep the Maildoso Master Inbox as a reliable backup — handy if you switch tools later, or if you can't find a particular message inside your sending platform.
What the Master Inbox covers
SMTP mailboxes forward their replies into your Maildoso Master Inbox (your
@maildoso.emailaddress). The Master Inbox supports SMTP mailboxes only.Google Workspace mailboxes don't use the Maildoso Master Inbox — read their replies in your sequencer's unified inbox, or set an external forwarding address. See Forwarding Addresses / Master Inbox.
Keeping warmup emails out of the Master Inbox
If warmup emails start showing up in your Master Inbox, that's not a conflict between tools — it just means a warmup filter needs to be set so those messages are hidden. Set one consistent warmup tag in your sequencer and mirror that exact tag in Maildoso under Master Inbox → Set Up Warmup Filters. Full steps: Warmup Filters.
