Need a different mix of mailboxes and domains than you currently have — for example fixing a plan you booked by mistake, requesting a custom SMTP + domains setup, or swapping domains on your subscription? Here's how to make the change.
Google Workspace: new allotment isn't currently available to purchase — current status: Google Workspace mailboxes.
Minimum purchase: new mailboxes are purchased in quantities of at least 10 at a time, for both SMTP and Google Workspace mailboxes.
Changes you can make yourself
Buy more mailboxes or domains on the Packages & Add-ons page (left menu, or Get more in the top bar) — see Adding more mailboxes to your plan.
Create mailboxes in slots you already have with Add more email accounts at the bottom of the Email accounts page. You choose Maildoso (SMTP), or Google if you have unused Google Workspace slots, and select the domains for each mailbox.
Subscriptions can't be purchased or increased via the API — use the dashboard to buy. The API can create mailboxes within slots you've already purchased.
Custom plans we set up for you
Some SMTP + domain setups can't be purchased as an exact split in the dashboard — for example "6 domains, no Google Workspace." For these, we'll adjust your plan. Contact us with:
your account email;
the number of SMTP mailboxes you want (if any — the minimum mailbox purchase is 10);
the number of domains you need.
Once your plan allowance is updated, create the new mailboxes with Add more email accounts. Only unused Google Workspace slots already on your account can be assigned to a domain; if you need more Google Workspace mailboxes than your plan includes, tell us the number (minimum 10) and we'll confirm the options.
Adding or removing domains on your subscription
Removing domains: your plan adjusts to the remaining active domain count. If you cancel an old subscription and remove its domains, the domain and mailbox slots tied to that plan are freed, and you can add new domains and mailboxes within the limits of your current active plan. To delete, replace or reduce specific mailboxes and domains, see Deleting, replacing, reducing, or cancelling mailboxes and domains.
Adding new domains in place of removed ones: you purchase domain slots at $15 per domain. Your subscription then shows the updated total, with the old domains removed and the new ones added. See Domain replacement for when a replacement is free and how it differs from a transfer.
Good to know
Each domain can be used for either Google Workspace or SMTP — not both at the same time. To move an existing domain between the two, see Can I switch a mailbox/domain between Google Workspace and SMTP?
Buying a bigger plan or an add-on creates a separate subscription — it doesn't replace or reprice the one you already have. To fold existing subscriptions into a single plan (with credit for the unused time), or to bring two Maildoso accounts under one login, see Merging two Maildoso accounts, or combining several subscriptions into one plan.
