New domains need 2–3 weeks of warmup before you can send at full volume. Pre-warmed domains skip that wait: they've already been warming up in Maildoso's network for 3+ weeks, so you can create mailboxes on them and launch campaigns on day one.
Pre-warmed domains are in beta. The domains are warmed and ready, but some parts of the experience are still being polished — tell us in chat if anything looks off.
What you get
Price: $11.99 per domain per month — a fixed price with no volume discount. This covers the domain only; mailboxes on it are billed at your normal mailbox pricing (shown at the top of the Packages & Add-ons page).
Instant sending: create mailboxes and start campaigns the same day.
Scale: up to 50 mailboxes per domain (going up to 99 is fine too) and up to 750 cold emails per day per domain.
Your own mailbox names: the domain is warmed, not individual mailboxes, so you create fresh mailboxes with whatever names you want and they start with the domain's good reputation. (Most pre-warmed offers on the market come with pre-made mailboxes whose names you can't choose.)
Generic .com names only — for example willowgrovesystems.com, reachfieldmanagement.com, baycenterbusiness.com. Brand-like or industry-specific names aren't available.
Maildoso SMTP accounts only for now. Google Workspace mailboxes can't be created on pre-warmed domains yet; support is planned.
Separate limit: pre-warmed domains don't use your regular domain limit. Mailboxes you create on them do count toward your regular Maildoso accounts limit, so make sure you have enough mailbox slots too.
Otherwise they're the same as your regular Maildoso domains — the only difference is that the warmup is already done.
How the domains are warmed
We warm the domains on a private warmup pool that only Maildoso has access to — no other providers warm up there.
A domain only appears in the catalog after at least 3 weeks of warmup.
We test every domain on Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes and only release domains with 95%+ deliverability.
When released, domains are clean: no SURBL, Spamhaus or Heatwave listings.
How to buy pre-warmed domains
Buying works in two steps: first you buy a pre-warmed domains limit (how many domains you can have), then you choose the exact domains from the catalog.
Click Packages & Add-ons in the left menu. You can also click Pre-warmed domains (marked New) in the left menu and then Get pre-warmed domains.
At the top of the page, keep Custom plan selected.
Scroll down to the Pre-warmed domains card (marked NEW, $11.99/domain/mo, minimum 1). Click + to set how many domains you want to add. Current value under the counter shows how many you already have.
Check that you have enough mailbox slots for the mailboxes you plan to create on these domains. If not, add them in the Maildoso accounts card on the same page (minimum 10).
Continue to payment and pay in Stripe Checkout using your Maildoso login email. Paying with a different email puts the purchase on a separate account — see Paid but your dashboard shows 0 mailboxes / 0 domains? Each purchase is a separate monthly subscription. If you work with a Maildoso account manager, they can also send you a payment link.
How to choose and activate your domains
After payment you're taken to the pre-warmed domains catalog. If you closed it, open Pre-warmed domains in the left menu and click Choose domains (top right).
Search by keyword or sort by warmup, and select the domains you want — up to the number available in your limit.
Click Continue. On the confirmation step you can optionally set one redirect URL for all selected domains (for example your main website). Leave it empty if you don't need a redirect.
Click Activate. The domains are yours immediately — no registration, DNS setup or waiting time.
Click Create email accounts on them. The mailbox setup opens with your pre-warmed domains already selected; enter the names you want and create the mailboxes as usual.
Your Pre-warmed domains page
Pre-warmed domains have their own section — Pre-warmed domains in the left menu, between Domains and Master Inbox. They are not shown on the regular Domains page. At the top of the section you'll see:
Pre-warmed domains limit: how many domains you've activated out of how many you've paid for (for example 3/10) and how many are still available to choose. If you have no limit yet, the card shows 0/0 with a Get pre-warmed domains button.
Email accounts on pre-warmed domains: how many mailboxes you've created on them, with a View accounts link to the Email accounts page. Mailboxes on pre-warmed domains are marked with a flame icon there.
Choose domains (top right): opens the catalog so you can pick domains for any available slots.
Below the cards is the list of your activated domains. If you haven't bought or activated any yet, you'll see No pre-warmed domains yet instead.
I paid, but I don't see any pre-warmed domains
The limit card shows available slots (for example 0/10, 10 available): your payment went through. Paying gives you a limit, not domains — click Choose domains and activate the domains you want.
The limit card still shows 0/0: the payment most likely landed on a different account because you paid with another email. See Paid but your dashboard shows 0 mailboxes / 0 domains?, or contact us in chat with both emails.
Sending from pre-warmed domains
Keep warmup on. You don't need to wait two weeks before your first campaign, but connect your new mailboxes to your sequencer's warmup and keep it running alongside campaigns. The rule that matters: send more warmup emails than cold emails. Use the per-mailbox numbers in What's the daily email limit per email account?
Warmup tools: Instantly works well, and EmailBison and Plusvibe have improved their warmup lately, so you can use them too. With EmailBison, contact their support and ask them to increase your warmup limits and disable slow warmup — they do this for Maildoso customers. Settings guide: How warmup works and how to start it.
B2B only. Like all Maildoso SMTP mailboxes, these are built for outreach to business mailboxes. They're not meant for sending to free mailboxes such as @gmail.com, @outlook.com or @yahoo.com — see B2B-only delivery.
No need to build your own "bad domain" flagging. We automatically rotate sending between your mailboxes so ones that start losing reputation get rested and recover — you can just keep sending. See mailbox rotation.
Managing your pre-warmed domains
Redirect URL: in Pre-warmed domains, select the domains (or none, to apply to all) and choose Actions → Change redirect URL.
More mailboxes: Actions → Create email accounts opens mailbox setup with your pre-warmed domains preselected.
Deleting a domain: select it and choose Actions → Delete domains. Domains can only be deleted after a short minimum holding period from activation — the dashboard tells you if a domain is still too new. Deleting a domain also deletes all mailboxes on it and frees the slot, so you can choose a different domain from the catalog right away.
Deleting a domain doesn't lower your subscription. You keep paying for the number of pre-warmed domains you bought until you reduce or cancel that subscription. Contact us in chat if you need help with that.
Pre-warmed domains are rented from Maildoso's pool. They can only be used with Maildoso mailboxes — they can't be transferred to your own registrar account or added to other providers' panels.
If a payment fails
Days 0–7 (Past due): everything keeps working. You'll see a banner with a Pay overdue invoice button.
After 7 days: if the invoice is still unpaid, the most recently activated domains above your paid limit are paused. Their mailboxes show Suspended · Pre-warmed domain paused and stop sending, and you can't choose new pre-warmed domains.
To resume: pay the overdue invoice (or delete enough pre-warmed domains to get back within your limit). Paused domains and their mailboxes resume automatically, with their settings intact.
After 7 days paused: the domains are removed from your account and their mailboxes are deleted.
API and resellers
Pre-warmed domains are available through the current Maildoso API — you can list available domains, activate them and create mailboxes on them. They are not available through the old reseller API (reseller.maildoso.com). Agencies and resellers can offer pre-warmed domains to their own customers; mailbox pricing on them is the same as on regular domains.
Common questions
Can I see or choose the domain names before I buy?
You choose the specific domains from the catalog after you buy the limit. All of them are generic .com names; we don't offer industry- or brand-specific names.
Do pre-warmed domains include mailboxes?
No. The $11.99/month is for the domain only. You create the mailboxes yourself and they're billed like any other Maildoso mailbox.
Do pre-warmed domains use my regular domain limit?
No — they have their own limit. The mailboxes you create on them do use your regular Maildoso accounts limit.
Can I put 50 mailboxes on my regular domains too?
Yes. 50 mailboxes per domain works on your current domains as well, as long as they're warmed up enough. What protects deliverability is your warmup settings — keep warmup volume higher than cold volume. See best practices for configuring domains.
Won't 50 mailboxes and 750 cold emails a day hurt deliverability?
No, as long as you send more warmup emails than cold emails.
Can I create Google Workspace mailboxes on them?
Not yet — pre-warmed domains are Maildoso SMTP only for now. Google Workspace support is planned.
Do the mailboxes I create still need a 14-day warmup?
No waiting period — that's the point of pre-warmed domains. Just turn on warmup in your sequencer when you connect the mailboxes and keep it running alongside your campaigns.
