Sometimes a batch of domains doesn't finish registering — for example only some of the domains in an order become active, or a domain stays stuck after purchase.
This is almost always something we resolve on our side, not a problem with your order or payment.
What to do:
Don't re-purchase the failed domains and don't keep retrying — this can create duplicate charges without fixing the issue.
Contact support with the affected domain names. We'll complete the registration on our side (force-register) and confirm once they're active.
Your plan and allotment are unaffected while we sort this out.
Note: this page is about a new domain that never finished registering after purchase. If instead an existing domain you've had for a while shows Awaiting Renewal and won't clear, that's a different situation — usually a gap in subscription coverage around the domain's renewal date — see Renewing your domains and mailboxes.
Moved a domain to another registrar and it now shows "Existing" or "Expired"? If you transferred a domain out to another registrar (for example Dynadot) and then re-added it to Maildoso, the dashboard can keep showing a stale status like "Existing" or "Expired" from before the transfer, even though the domain is active and correctly configured at the new registrar. Don't try to re-register or re-purchase it — contact support with the domain name so we can refresh its record to match its real status. See also Transferring your domains out of Maildoso.
