If you paid for a card with us before, you're not paying twice. Here's exactly where you stand.
Your Visa Platinum card is free
Customers who already paid for a card under our previous card programme get the new Visa Platinum card at no cost.
You don't need to claim anything or contact us — when cards become available to you, the Platinum card will simply be free when you order it. There's nothing to apply for and no code to enter.
Cards are rolling out in batches, so this may not be available to you the moment you read this. Nothing expires — your free Platinum card will be waiting whenever your turn comes.
If you'd like the Infinite card instead
Our Visa Infinite card is the higher tier, with a wider set of travel and lifestyle benefits. It carries a $99.99 one-off fee for everyone.
You buy it yourself in the app — there's nothing to request from us:
Open the nsave app and go to the Cards tab.
Tap to request a card.
Choose Visa Infinite, confirm the fee and accept the card terms.
Submit. Once approved, your card is issued digitally and ready to use straight away.

What happened to my old card?
Our previous card programme ended earlier this year when that provider stopped supporting cards in a number of regions. We've since partnered with a new issuer and rebuilt the product — which is what's rolling out now.
Your old card details no longer work and don't carry over. Your new card is a completely new card with new details.
FAQs
How do I know if I qualify for the free Platinum card?
If you paid a card fee under our previous programme, you qualify. If you're unsure, message us and we'll check your account.
Can I put what I paid before towards the Infinite card?
No. What you paid before covers your free Platinum card. The Infinite card is a separate $99.99 one-off fee, the same for everyone.
I want the free Platinum now, not later.

Do I need to contact support to get the Infinite card?
No. You buy it yourself from the Cards tab in the app, the same way you'd order Platinum.
Does this apply if I never paid for a card?
The free Platinum offer is for customers who previously paid. If you didn't, standard pricing applies — see nsave card plans: Platinum and Infinite.
