nsave cards are closing for United Kingdom residents

From 6 November 2026, nsave cards held by UK residents will be closed. Here's what happens to your card and any fee you paid.

Because of changes to the jurisdictions we can support, nsave cards are no longer available to customers who live in the United Kingdom. All cards held by UK residents will be closed on 6 November 2026.

We're sorry for the inconvenience.

What happens to my card?

If your country of residence on your nsave account is the United Kingdom and you have an nsave card, it will be closed by Friday, 6 November 2026. After it's closed, it can't be used for payments, subscriptions or ATM withdrawals.

If you use your nsave card for subscriptions or saved payments (for example streaming services or online shops), move them to another payment method before 6 November so they aren't interrupted.

I paid for my card. Will I get my money back?

Yes. If you paid a fee for your card, we'll refund it to your nsave account. You don't need to do anything or contact us to get it.

What about my nsave account?

Only the card is affected. Your nsave account stays open, and you can keep using its other features.

FAQs

Can I keep my card if I'm a UK resident?

No. Card eligibility is based on your country of residence, the address on your nsave account, and cards can no longer be offered to UK residents.

I've moved out of the UK. What should I do?

Message us in the app and we'll help you update your address. Whether you can get a card then depends on your new country — see Which countries can get an nsave card?

Will cards come back for UK residents?

We don't have a date to share. If that changes, we'll announce it in the app.
