You pay the card fee once, when you order the card, and there's no monthly or annual charge to keep it. If you're on the nsave Pro plan, the Platinum card is free — the fee is simply waived when you order. The Infinite card is a one-off fee for all members, Pro included.

Which one should I choose?
Platinum is the right call if you mostly want a reliable USD card for online shopping, subscriptions and everyday spending, with solid purchase protection behind it.
Infinite is the better value if you travel — even occasionally. A few lounge visits or one lost bag can be worth more than the card costs, and the cover applies every time you travel rather than paying per trip.

How to get your card
Both cards are bought the same way, in the app. Open the Cards tab, tap to request a card, then choose Platinum or Infinite and pay the one-off fee.

Are these physical cards?
Both are virtual cards. You can add them to Apple Pay or Google Pay to tap in store.
Is there a monthly or annual fee?
No. You pay for the card once and there's no ongoing charge.
I'm a Pro member. What do I pay?
Your Platinum card is free. The Infinite card is the same $99.99 one-off fee for everyone, Pro included.
What currency is the card in?
USD.
Do I need to contact support to get the Infinite card?
No. You buy it yourself from the Cards tab in the app.
Can I hold both cards?
For now, you hold one active card at a time. Holding more than one card is coming soon.
