nsave Business Account – Overview

nsave for Business: receive your funds and pay your freelancers, contractors and remote employees.

The nsave Business Account is built around one job: paying your team. Your business receives its funds on nsave and pays its freelancers, contractors and remote employees from there, either straight to their nsave accounts or as direct payouts at our best rates.

Who is it for?

Registered companies that pay people, for example:

  • Startups and remote-first teams paying employees abroad

  • Agencies and consultancies paying contractors

  • Businesses that pay freelancers per invoice

If your business doesn't pay a team, a Business Account isn't the right fit. See What types of businesses can open an nsave business account?

What you can do

🌍 Receive your funds

Receive revenue or funding into your Business Account in USD (ACH and wire), EUR and GBP.

👥 Run payroll to nsave users

Pay your whole team in one go with bulk payroll. Payments to nsave users by nTag are instant and free, in GBP, EUR or USD. You can invite team members who aren't on nsave yet.

💸 Direct payouts

If someone on your team isn't on nsave, pay them directly, including in local currency (for example BDT, PKR, INR, QAR and SAR), at our best rates.

📊 Bulk payments by CSV

Upload a CSV with each recipient's nTag, email or IBAN, the amount, and an optional reference. Before you confirm, you'll see your balance, the total and the number of recipients.

💼 One dashboard

See your balances, pending payments and history in one place.

How much does it cost?

A one-time $200 onboarding fee. No monthly fee. See nsave Business Account Pricing.

Verification

Every Business Account is reviewed manually. You'll register your business, answer a few questions about your payroll, upload company documents and proof that you pay a team, and each owner and director completes ID verification.
