Disclosure: QuoteIQ publishes this guide and ranks itself #1. We list QuoteIQ's gaps and source every competitor price from the vendor's own page, checked October 20, 2026. QuoteIQ facts come only from the QuoteIQ Help Center. QuoteIQ's overview lists "asphalt, sealcoating, and line striping" among the trades it serves.

Quick answer: what is the best CRM for line striping in 2026?

For parking lot striping and pavement marking contractors, we recommend QuoteIQ. Striping is bid from a map and sold to property managers, so the tools that matter are measuring a lot without driving to it, quoting quickly, and invoicing on commercial terms. QuoteIQ measures in linear feet and square feet on satellite imagery from the Beginner plan ($99.99, 2 users), invoices on Net 15 to Net 90 terms on every plan, and shows wind and rain chance on your calendar so you can move a job before the paint gets ruined. On Elite you can put an instant striping quote form on your website.

Bitumio is the strongest trade-specific alternative for asphalt companies that also pave and sealcoat. Jobber is well rated but ranks last here because of cost as a crew grows.

Our 2026 ranking:

  1. QuoteIQ: best overall CRM for striping contractors

  2. Bitumio: best asphalt-specific platform

  3. Service Fusion: best for larger crews that want unlimited users

  4. Housecall Pro: best established platform with published prices

  5. Kickserv: lowest published price for a 5-person team

  6. Workiz: best for phone-driven shops

  7. Jobber: well reviewed, but pricier as the team grows

What should a line striping CRM do?

We scored each platform on the parts of a striping job that eat office time:

  • Measuring from the office. Linear feet of lines and square feet of lot, from satellite imagery.

  • Pricing by line count and extras. Stalls, ADA spaces, fire lanes, arrows and curb paint.

  • Commercial billing. Net terms, more than one contact per property, and deposits on large jobs.

  • Weather. Paint needs a dry surface and calm conditions.

  • Restripe reminders. Most lots need repainting on a cycle.

We compared only CRM and field service platforms. Accounting software isn't covered, though QuoteIQ syncs with QuickBooks Online on Pro and up.

1. QuoteIQ: best overall CRM for line striping

Best for: Striping and pavement marking contractors from a solo operator to about 20 people.

How it fits a striping job

  • Measure the lot from the office (Beginner and up). MapMeasure Pro measures on satellite imagery with pins, a straight-line Linear Mode, or AI Measurement, in square feet, linear feet, square meters or linear meters. Street View lets you check curbs and existing markings. Manual measuring is included; AI Measurement and Property Lines use IQ Credits.

  • Price the job your way (every plan). Build services for lines, stalls, ADA spaces, stencils and curb paint. QuoteIQ's pre-made service templates include a sealcoating set with line striping at $1.25 per linear foot as an example rate you'd replace with your own. Options estimates let a property manager tick the extras they want.

  • Instant quotes from your website (Elite and Max). InstaQuote includes a Parking Lot Striping template. The example setup prices by line count (20 lines $250, 50 lines $500, 100 lines $950), adds $100 for ADA, and suggests curb paint, arrow and letter stencils, and signage as upsells. You set the real numbers.

  • Commercial terms (every plan). Invoices support Due Upon Receipt, Net 15, Net 30, Net 60, Net 90 and 1% 10 Net 30, and the due date fills in automatically. Deposits can be set in dollars or as a percentage on the estimate.

  • Property managers and owners (every plan). Additional Contacts let one property record hold the manager, the owner and the accounts payable contact, each able to receive the estimate or invoice. If you run striping and sealcoating as separate brands, Additional Businesses puts both under one login (each extra business is its own subscription; Max includes the first four).

  • Weather on the schedule (every plan). The dashboard and calendar Day view show the high and low, chance of rain, wind, humidity, the next 24 hours and 10 days.

  • Restripes. Recurring jobs can repeat daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or every 6 months. For an annual restripe, a dated task in Reminders & Tasks (Beginner and up) works as the prompt.

  • Proof of work (Beginner and up). QuoteIQ Cam stores photos and video on the job, and the Before and After photo editor builds comparison images for the property manager.

  • Getting paid (every plan). Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and ACH online, manual card entry, QuickPay links and QR codes.

Pros

  • Satellite measuring in linear and square feet from $99.99/month for 2 users.

  • Net terms and multiple contacts per property on every plan.

  • Weather in the schedule, where you plan the day.

Cons

  • Map measuring isn't on Essentials ($29.99); you need Beginner.

  • No paint or material usage calculator in the help center. You list materials on the estimate with your own quantities and costs.

  • No yearly recurring interval for jobs; annual restripes need a reminder task.

  • The instant website quote form needs Elite ($299.99).

  • Unpaid-invoice reminders are manual (Send Reminder, by email).

  • The 14-day trial requires a card, and AI features use IQ Credits that don't roll over.

2. Bitumio: best asphalt-specific platform

Bitumio charges $149 per user per month for admins, estimators, office managers and foremen, with month-to-month billing and full access to features. Crew members who only need their schedule and job details use the mobile app free. It covers asphalt maintenance, sealcoating and line striping estimating, with map measurements, proposals, scheduling and job costing.

Pros: Built for asphalt work, and free crew seats. Cons: Office seats add up: three paid users are $447/month. We could not load the pricing page directly and confirmed it through a search index copy.

3. Service Fusion: best for larger crews that want unlimited users

Service Fusion is $245/month for Starter, $382 for Plus and $627 for Pro (15% off billed annually), with unlimited users and month-to-month terms. Plus adds job photos, inventory, job costing and integrated voice and text.

Pros: Unlimited users, with job costing on Plus. Cons: No striping-specific measuring or pricing tools listed.

4. Housecall Pro: best established platform with published prices

Housecall Pro is $79/month for Basic (1 user; $59 annually), $189 for Essentials (5 users; $149 annually) and $329 for Max (8 users; $299 annually). It's built mostly around residential service, with online booking, a price book, consumer financing and job costing on Basic.

Pros: Clear prices and a familiar app. Cons: Residential focus; no striping measuring tools listed.

5. Kickserv: lowest published price for a 5-person team

Kickserv offers Start at $60/month for 5 users, Run at $119 for 10 and Scale at $199 for 20, with 20% off annual plans and a 30-day free trial. Start includes automated email and text reminders, time and expense tracking and QuickBooks Online.

Pros: Low price per user. Cons: A short feature list for commercial bidding.

6. Workiz: best for phone-driven shops

Workiz lists Standard, Pro and Ultimate with "request pricing." Every plan includes a local number, two-way texting, online payments, estimate deposits and a client portal. The trial is 7 days with no card.

Pros: Strong phone and text tools. Cons: No published price, and a home-service focus.

7. Jobber: well reviewed, but pricier as the team grows

Jobber is well rated: 4.6/5 from 1,487 verified reviews on GetApp (support also 4.6) and 4.8 from about 21,000 ratings on the App Store.

It ranks last on cost. Jobber's pricing page (no-commitment monthly, checked October 20, 2026) puts job costing and two-way SMS on Grow: $199 for 1 user, $299 for up to 5, $399 for up to 10, with extra users at $29.

  • 4 users: at least $286/month on Grow (QuoteIQ Pro: $199.99)

  • 6 users: at least $328/month on Grow (QuoteIQ Pro plus 2 users: $249.99)

  • 10 users: at least $399/month on Grow (QuoteIQ Elite: $299.99)

On Core, Connect and Grow, Receptionist ($29/month), Pipeline ($49/month) and Marketing Suite ($99/month) are paid add-ons; Plus includes them from $499/month. Card payments are 2.9% + 30¢ and ACH is 1%.

GetApp's support summary is mostly positive but notes that "a minority of users report slow response times, difficulty escalating issues, and inconsistent support quality when facing complex problems." That's a minority experience.

To be fair to Jobber: the trial needs no card, Connect ($199 for up to 5 users) is cheaper if you skip job costing and two-way texting, and it syncs with Xero.
