Disclosure: QuoteIQ publishes this guide and ranks itself #1. We list QuoteIQ's gaps, say where an enterprise landscape platform fits better, and source every competitor price from the vendor's own page, checked October 20, 2026. QuoteIQ facts come only from the QuoteIQ Help Center.

Quick answer: what is the best CRM for landscaping in 2026?

For owner-operators and landscape companies of up to about 20 people, we recommend QuoteIQ. Landscaping mixes weekly maintenance with one-off installs, so you need quick measuring, recurring routes, billing that runs on its own, and a way through the off-season. On Beginner ($99.99, 2 users) and up, QuoteIQ traces a lawn from satellite imagery with AI. Every plan includes package estimates, recurring jobs, auto-pay invoice subscriptions, weather on the calendar and a 30, 60 or 90 day seasonal pause. Elite ($299.99, 10 users) adds route optimization and GPS time tracking.

LMN and Aspire are strong choices for larger landscape firms that want estimating built on crew production rates and full job costing. Jobber is well rated but ranks last because of how its price grows with the crew.

Our 2026 ranking:

  1. QuoteIQ: best overall CRM for small and mid-size landscapers

  2. LMN: best landscape-specific estimating and job costing

  3. Aspire: best for enterprise landscape companies

  4. Housecall Pro: best established generalist with published prices

  5. GorillaDesk: best route-priced option

  6. Markate: best low-cost generalist with add-ons

  7. Jobber: well reviewed, but pricier as the team grows

What should a landscaping CRM do?

We scored each platform on five landscaping needs:

  • Measuring. Turf, beds and edges from a map, so you can quote without driving out.

  • Maintenance plus installs. Weekly or biweekly visits alongside mulch, planting and cleanup jobs.

  • Routes and crews. Grouping stops by area and assigning a whole crew.

  • Billing. Monthly auto-pay for maintenance customers.

  • Seasonality. Weather on the schedule and a way to stop paying in winter.

We compared only CRM and landscape management platforms. Accounting software isn't covered, though QuoteIQ syncs with QuickBooks Online on Pro and up.

1. QuoteIQ: best overall CRM for landscaping

Best for: Lawn and landscape maintenance companies, and install crews, from a solo operator to about 20 people.

How it fits a landscaping season

  • Measure from the office (Beginner and up). MapMeasure Pro measures on satellite imagery in square or linear feet, with Street View and Property Lines. AI Measurement traces lawns (and roofs and concrete) for you. Mulch beds and other surfaces use the manual pin tools. AI traces and property line lookups use IQ Credits.

  • Start from a price list (every plan). Pre-made lawn care templates include mowing by the square foot, edging by the linear foot, bush trimming per quantity, leaf removal hourly and aeration as a flat rate. The rates are examples to replace.

  • Sell maintenance tiers (every plan). Package estimates let the customer pick one bundle, and Options estimates let them tick add-ons such as mulch or aeration. Deposits work on install jobs.

  • Recurring visits (every plan). Jobs repeat daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or every 6 months. Multi-day jobs cover bigger installs, and Schedule Later holds sold work without a date.

  • Billing that runs itself (every plan). Invoice subscriptions bill weekly, biweekly, monthly or on a custom interval, with Auto-Pay from a card on file. Mass invoicing (Beginner and up) bills a batch of finished jobs at once.

  • Chemical records. Chemical Tracking logs pesticide and herbicide applications against the job, with applicator licenses and a reminder before a job is marked complete. The help center doesn't state which plans include it.

  • Routes and crews. Route Optimization, Route Density Zones, dispatching and GPS time tracking are on Elite and Max. Named crews you schedule as a unit are on Max (and Elite plans bought before April 2, 2026).

  • Weather and the off-season (every plan). Rain chance, wind and a 10-day forecast on the calendar, plus a 30, 60 or 90 day seasonal pause through the cancellation flow.

  • Website quotes (Elite and Max). InstaQuote includes a Landscaping template with example pricing for mulch installs and bush trimming and upsells like weed barrier and bed reshaping.

Pros

  • AI lawn measuring from $99.99/month.

  • Recurring jobs and auto-pay subscriptions on every plan.

  • A seasonal pause instead of cancelling.

Cons

  • No estimating from crew production rates. LMN and Aspire are built around that.

  • Job costing (Pro and up) uses labor you enter by hand; GPS time-clock hours don't fill it in automatically.

  • No quarterly recurring interval for jobs.

  • Route optimization and GPS time tracking need Elite ($299.99); crews need Max ($699.99) for new subscribers.

  • The 14-day trial requires a card, and AI features use IQ Credits that don't roll over.

2. LMN: best landscape-specific estimating and job costing

LMN starts at $297/month for Starter (1 office or crew lead license plus 5 crew) and $648/month for Professional (3 plus 15), with Enterprise from 100 users, all after a one-time onboarding fee. It lists route optimization, a customer portal, an offline crew app, weather notes and LMN Pay. Real-time job costing is on Professional.

Pros: Built by and for landscapers, with production-based estimating. Cons: A high starting price and an onboarding fee.

3. Aspire: best for enterprise landscape companies

Aspire doesn't publish prices. It sells a single monthly license with unlimited users, includes implementation and training, and prices payments, payroll and GPS separately. Aspire describes itself as designed for enterprise-level landscape businesses, and its comparison page aims its Growth tier at companies with $1 million to $5 million in revenue.

Pros: Deep job costing and operations for large firms. Cons: No public price, and more system than a small crew needs.

4. Housecall Pro: best established generalist with published prices

Housecall Pro is $79/month for Basic (1 user; $59 annually), $189 for Essentials (5 users; $149 annually) and $329 for Max (8 users; $299 annually). Recurring service plans and route optimization are on Max.

Pros: Clear prices and a mature app. Cons: Recurring service plans need the $329 plan.

5. GorillaDesk: best route-priced option

GorillaDesk prices per route: Basic $49, Pro $99 and Growth $149 a month, with unlimited office and crew users, month-to-month billing and an account freeze for seasonal work. Pro adds a customer portal, online booking, subscription billing and review generation. Growth adds map estimating tools, estimate packages and a sales pipeline. Texting is $5/month plus credit packs.

Pros: Unlimited users and a seasonal freeze. Cons: Each added route raises the bill, and map estimating needs Growth.

6. Markate: best low-cost generalist with add-ons

Markate is $49.95/month ($45.95 annually) plus $5 per employee, with a 14-day trial and no card. It includes standard, option and package estimates, recurring work orders and job costing. Online booking, a customer portal and automated review requests are $10/month add-ons each.

Pros: Low base price. Cons: Add-ons push up the real cost.

7. Jobber: well reviewed, but pricier as the team grows

Jobber is well rated: 4.6/5 from 1,487 verified reviews on GetApp (support also 4.6) and 4.8 from about 21,000 ratings on the App Store.

It ranks last on cost. Jobber's pricing page (no-commitment monthly, checked October 20, 2026) puts job costing and two-way SMS on Grow: $199 for 1 user, $299 for up to 5, $399 for up to 10, with extra users at $29.

  • 4 users: at least $286/month on Grow (QuoteIQ Pro: $199.99)

  • 6 users: at least $328/month on Grow (QuoteIQ Pro plus 2 users: $249.99)

  • 10 users: at least $399/month on Grow (QuoteIQ Elite: $299.99)

On Core, Connect and Grow, Receptionist ($29/month), Pipeline ($49/month) and Marketing Suite ($99/month) are paid add-ons; Plus includes them from $499/month. Jobber's FAQ says annual prepaid payments are non-refundable. Card payments are 2.9% + 30¢ and ACH is 1%.

GetApp's support summary is mostly positive but notes that "a minority of users report slow response times, difficulty escalating issues, and inconsistent support quality when facing complex problems." That's a minority experience.

To be fair to Jobber: the trial needs no card, Connect ($199 for up to 5 users) includes routing and is cheaper if you skip job costing, and it syncs with Xero.
