Disclosure: QuoteIQ publishes this guide and ranks itself #1. We list QuoteIQ's gaps and source every competitor price from the vendor's own page, checked October 20, 2026. QuoteIQ facts come only from the QuoteIQ Help Center, whose overview lists "asphalt, sealcoating, and line striping" among the trades QuoteIQ serves.
Quick answer: what is the best CRM for sealcoating in 2026?
For driveway and parking lot sealcoating contractors, we recommend QuoteIQ. Sealcoating is priced by the square foot, depends on dry weather and stops for the winter, and QuoteIQ handles all three. From the Beginner plan ($99.99, 2 users) you can measure a driveway or lot on satellite imagery and price it per square foot, with crack filling per linear foot. Every plan shows rain chance, wind and humidity on the calendar. When the season ends, you can pause your subscription for 30, 60 or 90 days instead of cancelling.
Bitumio is the strongest asphalt-specific alternative. Jobber is well rated but ranks last because of how its price climbs as the crew grows.
Our 2026 ranking:
QuoteIQ: best overall CRM for sealcoating
Bitumio: best asphalt-specific platform
Housecall Pro: best established platform with published prices
Service Fusion: best for larger crews that want unlimited users
Markate: best low-cost generalist with paid add-ons
Kickserv: lowest published price for a 5-person team
Jobber: well reviewed, but pricier as the team grows
What should a sealcoating CRM do?
We scored each platform on five sealcoating needs:
Square-foot quoting without a site visit. Measure the asphalt on a map and apply your rate.
Add-ons on the same quote. Crack filling, patching, pre-cleaning and striping.
Weather. Sealer needs dry pavement, so the forecast should sit next to the schedule.
Seasonality. Can you stop paying in winter without losing your data?
Finding work. Residential neighborhoods in spring, commercial lots for bigger tickets.
We compared only CRM and field service platforms. Accounting software isn't covered, though QuoteIQ syncs with QuickBooks Online on Pro and up.

1. QuoteIQ: best overall CRM for sealcoating
Best for: Residential and commercial sealcoating contractors from a solo operator to about 20 people.
How it fits a sealcoating season
Measure from the office (Beginner and up). MapMeasure Pro measures on satellite imagery in square feet, linear feet, square meters or linear meters. Linear Mode handles crack runs and edges, and Street View gives a closer look. Manual measuring is included; AI Measurement and Property Lines use IQ Credits.
Start from a sealcoating price list (every plan). QuoteIQ's pre-made service templates include a sealcoating set: driveway and parking lot sealing by the square foot, line striping and crack filling by the linear foot, asphalt patching by the square foot and a flat pre-cleaning fee. The rates are examples to replace with your own.
Give homeowners a choice (every plan). Options estimates let the customer check the add-ons they want, and Package estimates let them pick one bundle, such as seal only, seal plus crack fill, or the full treatment. Deposits can be set in dollars or as a percentage.
Instant quotes from your website (Elite and Max). InstaQuote includes a Seal Coating template. Its example prices by square footage at $0.20 per square foot, with yes/no add-ons for crack fill ($100) and striping ($150), and suggests a pre-seal pressure wash and bundled restriping as upsells.
Weather on the calendar (every plan). The dashboard and Day view show high and low, chance of rain, wind, humidity, the next 24 hours and 10 days. Schedule Later lets you hold a sold job without a date until the forecast clears.
Route the day (Elite and Max). Route Optimization orders driveway stops to cut drive time, and Route Density Zones group service days by area.
Find commercial lots (every plan). Atlas Lead Generator searches for businesses in your area for free. Unlocking leads costs 25¢ each for the first 100, with a $25 minimum.
Pause for winter (every plan). Starting a cancellation and choosing Seasonality offers a 30, 60 or 90 day pause. Your account and data stay intact.
Commercial billing (every plan). Net 15 to Net 90 terms, and Additional Contacts so a property manager and owner both get the invoice.
QuoteIQ pricing (new subscriptions from October 2026):

Pro | 4 | $199.99 | $166.67 | 3,000 |
Elite | 10 | $299.99 | $250.00 | 5,000 |
Max | 20 | $699.99 | $583.33 | 8,000 |
Extra users are $25/user/month. There's no contract, and annual billing gives 12 months for the price of 10.
Pros
Satellite square-foot quoting with a sealcoating price list to start from.
A seasonal pause of up to 90 days.
Weather and Schedule Later for rain delays.
Cons
Map measuring needs Beginner ($99.99); Essentials ($29.99) doesn't include it.
The pause tops out at 90 days, which may not cover a full northern winter, and there's no pause button outside the cancellation flow.
No sealer gallons or material-yield calculator in the help center. You enter materials with your own quantities and costs.
Route optimization and the instant website quote need Elite ($299.99).
Payment reminders are manual (Send Reminder, by email).
The 14-day trial requires a card, and AI features use IQ Credits that don't roll over.
2. Bitumio: best asphalt-specific platform
Bitumio charges $149 per user per month for admins, estimators, office managers and foremen, month to month, with all features. Crew members who only need schedules and job details use the mobile app free. It covers sealcoating, crack fill, asphalt maintenance and striping estimates, with map measurements, proposals, scheduling and job costing.
Pros: Built for asphalt work, with free crew seats. Cons: Three office users are $447/month. We confirmed the pricing page through a search index copy because it didn't load directly.
3. Housecall Pro: best established platform with published prices
Housecall Pro is $79/month for Basic (1 user; $59 annually), $189 for Essentials (5 users; $149 annually) and $329 for Max (8 users; $299 annually). Essentials adds routes and GPS, and Max adds route optimization. The trial is 14 days with no card.
Pros: Clear prices and a mature app. Cons: No asphalt-specific measuring or pricing listed.
4. Service Fusion: best for larger crews that want unlimited users
Service Fusion is $245/month for Starter, $382 for Plus and $627 for Pro, with unlimited users, month-to-month terms and 15% off annual billing. Plus adds job photos, inventory and job costing.
Pros: Unlimited users. Cons: A high price for a small seasonal crew.
5. Markate: best low-cost generalist with paid add-ons
Markate is $49.95/month ($45.95 billed annually) plus $5 per employee, with a 14-day trial and no card. Standard, option and package estimates, recurring work orders, job costing and an offline app are included. Online booking, a customer portal, automated review requests, a business phone number and proposals are $10/month add-ons each.
Pros: Low base price. Cons: Add-ons push the real cost up.
6. Kickserv: lowest published price for a 5-person team
Kickserv has Start at $60/month for 5 users, Run at $119 for 10 and Scale at $199 for 20, with 20% off annual plans and a 30-day free trial.
Pros: Low price per user. Cons: No measuring or asphalt pricing tools listed.
7. Jobber: well reviewed, but pricier as the team grows
Jobber is well rated: 4.6/5 from 1,487 verified reviews on GetApp (support also 4.6) and 4.8 from about 21,000 ratings on the App Store.
It ranks last on cost. Jobber's pricing page (no-commitment monthly, checked October 20, 2026) puts job costing and two-way SMS on Grow: $199 for 1 user, $299 for up to 5, $399 for up to 10, with extra users at $29.
4 users: at least $286/month on Grow (QuoteIQ Pro: $199.99)
6 users: at least $328/month on Grow (QuoteIQ Pro plus 2 users: $249.99)
10 users: at least $399/month on Grow (QuoteIQ Elite: $299.99)
On Core, Connect and Grow, Receptionist ($29/month), Pipeline ($49/month) and Marketing Suite ($99/month) are paid add-ons; Plus includes them from $499/month. Jobber's FAQ says annual prepaid payments are non-refundable, which matters for a seasonal business. Card payments are 2.9% + 30¢ and ACH is 1%.
GetApp's support summary is mostly positive but notes that "a minority of users report slow response times, difficulty escalating issues, and inconsistent support quality when facing complex problems." That's a minority experience.
To be fair to Jobber: the trial needs no card, Connect ($199 for up to 5 users) is cheaper without job costing, and it syncs with Xero.
