Changes in Penelope when using ClientConnect
Updated over 10 months ago

When using ClientConnect you may notice a few changes in Penelope. These include new functionality and additional configuration options. Below we have made a list of some of the changes.

Groups

You now have the option to add a Client Facing Name and Client Facing Description to a group. This is useful as it allows you to call the Group one thing internally and something else for clients. You will also find a checkbox called Visible in ClientConnect located on the Group page which allows you to make the Group visible in ClientConnect. All of this information can be found in the article "How to add a Group"

Worker Profile

Located in the Worker Profile you will find a Client Facing Worker Name and Client Facing Profile Description. This allows you to change the Worker name in ClientConnect (e.g. you may only want to display the Worker’s first name rather than first name and last name). See "Adding Workers to a Group" for more information

Worker Availability

When setting up Worker Availability -depending on your configuration- it is possible to select a ClientConnect Availability Type. When used clients will be able to select these timeslots in ClientConnect for appointments. See "Setting your Availability" for more information.

Case Services

You now have the option to add a Client Facing Name and Client Facing Description to a Case Service This is useful as it allows you to call the Case Service one thing internally and something else for clients. You will also find a checkbox called Visible in ClientConnect located on the Case Service page which allows you to make the Case Service visible in ClientConnect. There is also the option to allow the Case Service to be available for Pre-Enrolment by clicking the Eligible for Pre-Enrollment via ClientConnect checkbox. See "Case Services" for more information

Individual Profile

When viewing the Message Settings tab in the Individual Profile you will find additional settings relating to ClientConnect (e.g. creating a ClientConnect account, suspending an account, closing an account, disabling an account etc).

Pre-Enrolment List

When viewing a Pre-enrollment entry there is now a notes section where you may see a note from the client if they have self-referred from ClientConnect.

Intake Wizard

Depending on the configuration you may see changes in the Intake Wizard.

Engage

If your agency didn’t previously use Engage you may have an additional option called Client Task under the Workflow sidebar.
