Storefront sales modes control how customers book units on your website.


You can choose between three modes depending on how you want to sell. This article will explain each mode and suggest which you should use.


Sales modes available

Book online

Customers can complete the full booking process on your website.

  • View available units and prices

  • Select a unit

  • Enter their details

  • Pay and move in online

Use this when:

You want fully automated bookings with no manual follow-up.

Reveal prices

Customers must enter their contact details before seeing prices.

  • Browse available units

  • Must enter their contact details prior to viewing prices

  • Pay and move in online

When a customer enters their details, they are added to your Prospects in the CRM.

Use this when:
You want to capture leads before showing pricing.


Quotes

Customers cannot see your prices and must request a quote.

  • Browse unit types

  • Submit an enquiry

  • Wait for your response

Use this when:
You want full control over pricing and sales conversations.

Choosing a sales mode

Choose your sales mode based on how you want to sell:

  • Online bookings β†’ fully automated bookings

  • Reveal prices β†’ capture leads before showing prices

Change your storefront sales mode

  1. Go to the Site settings in the Backoffice

  2. Go to the Pricing section

  3. Select your preferred option:

    • Online bookings

    • Reveal prices

    • Quotes

  4. Save your changes
