Increasing a subscription's price means editing that customer's subscription directly. Use this when you need to raise the price for one customer, for example after a manual price review.
This change only affects the subscription you edit. It does not change your general pricing or any other customer's subscription.
How to set the new price
Open the subscription you want to update.
In the Pricing section, click Edit subscription.
Find the line item you want to change.
Select a different price if one is already set up for the unit type, or set a custom price for this subscription only.
đĄ If you need a new, reusable price for the unit type use the + Create custom price button.
Choose when the increase takes effect
Choose when the change should apply: immediately, on next renewal, or backdated.
Preview the change to check the new total before saving.
Save the change to confirm the new price.
đĄ On next renewal is usually the simplest option, especially if you've already given the customer notice of the increase.
â ď¸ Stora does not notify the customer automatically when you increase their price. Let them know separately, ideally before the change takes effect.
