How to create a custom price for a unit type

In Stora, you can create custom pricing for unit types and assign unique prices to individual customer subscriptions. Here's how to set it up:

Step by Step instructions

1. Go to the subscription you want to change and select Edit Subscription

💡 Custom Pricing also works on Insurance/Protection

2. Now use the + Create Custom Price button and enter the price you want to set. When the custom price has been entered, press Create Price & Continue.

💡 This creates a permanent record of the price, which you can choose to apply later. Custom prices are separate from your storefront's listed prices.

3. You will now be able to choose when you want the new custom price to take effect:

Immediately
On next renewal
Backdate

When you have made your choice, select Preview Invoice.

4. The final step is to confirm the changes you have made. If you are happy, you can use the Save changes button.

⚠️ This will NOT inform the customer of any price change automatically; you will need to handle this communication.
