Sole Agency Periods

Record sole agency dates and view them clearly in your daily workflow, so you can spot contracts nearing expiry and take action before it's too late.

From the create / edit sales listing page, simply toggle on the Sole Agent Period and enter the date.


From the properties table > listing performance tab, you can then see how many days the sole agency period has left.

Sales Offer Guidance

See fall-through history and add key guidance notes, like flood risks or subsidence when creating offers. Buyers stay fully informed, avoiding surprises later which could hold up sales progression.

From the property page go to Info > Sales Offer Guidance.


The information entered here will show on the Sales Offer page, giving you full visibility of key information when creating an offer.

Task widget updates, in real time

Never miss a deadline, dashboard task widgets now spotlight tasks in real time, keeping your whole team in sync.

Prioritise tasks at a glance

SMS replies now flow straight into the activity stream, giving your team full visibility and keeping every conversation in one place.

Stay in control of lettings viewing notifications. Toggle alerts separately for landlords and tenants, keeping them organised and distinct from sales updates.

Now tenant notifications have been split out from owner notifications.

Update fees post-sale for accurate records

Company admins can adjust completion fees after a sale is finalised, ensuring records stay accurate and billing reflects the latest agreements.

As a company admin, simply go to the completed sale page and go to actions > update sales fees.

This will take you to the instruction for the completed sale, allowing you to edit the fees if needed.

Update maintenance invoices in seconds

Update invoices in seconds, just click ‘Edit’ for quick, accurate changes without the extra admin.

From the maintenance job page, as long as an invoice hasn't had any funds allocated to it, you can click the three dot menu > edit invoice to make any changes to the invoice.

Fully transparent deposit transfers

See when and where deposits were transferred to on the deposit card, for complete transparency and easy reconciliation.

From the deposit tab on a tenancy, click the three dot menu on the right hand side and click 'view transfers' to see the history of transfers.

Keep landlords in the loop

Automatically include job completion notes in landlord emails using merge tags, keeping communication professional and consistent.

When editing notification preferences, you can use the merge field 'job completion notes' here.

Give suppliers a nudge instantly

Resend works order emails with a single click, so jobs stay on track and delays are minimised.


From a maintenance job, after a contractor has been instructed click the 'actions' button where you can re-send the works order.

From the owner ledger, when adding a charge payable to a contractor, you can now add commission amount and the invoice file directly on the charge.

Send emails and SMS directly from the Arrears page using custom templates, track what’s been sent, and flag tenants with payment extension periods. Giving you clearer oversight, smarter workflows, and more efficient rent collection.

All your bank transactions in one place

See every imported transaction in a single table. Spot anomalies faster, bulk delete unreconciled items, and reduce duplicate entries with ease.

Head to your Bank Accounts page and click the three dot menu > view bank transactions.

Stay accurate with editable NRL balances

Correct onboarding errors in seconds by editing opening NRL balances, no need for support, just accuracy and control.


From the owner or person page, look for the Overseas card on the right hand side where you can edit the overseas balance.

Suspense transfers made simple

View exactly where suspense account funds have been allocated, with dates, amounts, and user details at a glance. Agents can also export data for deeper analysis.

From your suspense account, you can toggle the 'show fully allocated entries' to view amounts that have been fully transferred out and from the three dot menu on the right of the entry and you can view the allocations from that entry to see where it went.

Sharper oversight across branches

Filter by branch on the ‘Tenancies in Credit’ page for a clearer view across your offices.

Simply click the filters button and select the branch to view.

Cleaner records with archived accounts

Archive old landlord bank accounts so only active ones display, giving you clearer records and less chance for error.

From the person or owner page, look for the bank details card on the right hand side and click the orange bin icon to archive the bank details.
