Can I send a form to patients through Broadcast?
Yes. You can send any Updox Form through Broadcast. Patients get a link to the form, fill it out, and submit it. Completed forms come back to your Inbox for review.
Which Broadcast message types can I use to send a form?
You can send a form link by:
Email
Text
Portal
What are the steps?
There are two parts:
Copy the form link.
Send the link in a Broadcast message.
Step 1: How do I copy a form link?
In the menu on the left-hand side, click Forms.
Click Management in the top right.
Find the form you want to send and click it.
Click the three dots (⋯) on the right side of the screen.
Click Copy Form Link.
Step 2: How do I send the form link in a Broadcast message?
In the menu on the left-hand side, click Broadcast.
Choose the message type: Email, Text, or Portal.
Choose who to send the message to. You can pick:
Any Broadcast list you've created, or
An option from the Send To menu, such as Tomorrow's Appointments.
Write your message and paste the form link into it. You can also use a Broadcast template to fill in the message.
Click Send.
Read the Broadcast Confirmation and click Continue.
What happens after I send the form?
Your patients receive the form link, fill out the form, and submit it. The completed form comes back to your Inbox for you to review.
