Can I send completed forms to a specific queue or tag them automatically?
Yes. When you set up a form, you can:
Route it to a queue. For example, send clinical or billing forms to the queue for the right team.
Auto-tag it. Completed forms are tagged automatically, which keeps your Inbox organized.
How do I send a form to patients?
Every form has its own link (URL). You can send the link by Updox Text or Broadcast, or post it on your practice website.
To get a form's link:
In the left-hand menu, click Forms, then click Management.
Click the form you want to send.
Click the three dots (⋯).
Click Copy Form Link.
What are some ways to use a form link?
Copy a form's link once, then reuse it to save time:
In a template. Create a template with the form link so staff can quickly text it to patients. Go to Inbox > Admin > Templates, then click New.
In a reminder. Add the form link to a custom Reminder script, so patients get forms to complete before their appointment.
On your website. Post links to your forms on your practice's website so patients can find them easily.
Note: Don't shorten form links with tools like Bitly or TinyURL. Text messages with shortened links are blocked and won't send.
What else can I do with a form?
Click the form in Management, then choose:
Edit to change the form.
Send to send it to a patient.
Three dots (⋯) to Copy Form Link, Print, Duplicate, or Delete the form.
