Enter your preferred email address and create a password, or select Continue with Google/Microsoft:
Select Talent Rep on the page that opens next and click Create an account:
Provide your Name and the Agency you work for, and click Continue:

1. Log in to your Foam account.
2. Click on your profile icon in the top right and select "Add Talent".
3. Select the platform you'd like to add manually from the dropdown, enter the creator's handle, and click "Next".

4. Confirm the account you want to add by clicking "Next".
5. Complete the creator's profile information and click "Next".
6. On the creator's connections page, click the "Invite" button on the right to invite them to authenticate on Foam. This will send an invitation to the creator's preferred email address.
π If the creator already has a Foam account, please contact our support team using the chatbot or via hello@foam.io, and we'll assist you with inviting them.
7. Once the creator accepts the invite and connects their social accounts, the manual record will automatically update with the verified one, allowing you to access the creator's detailed metrics and submit them for Whalar Brand Deals.

πIf your creator already has a Foam account, please contact support via email at hello@foam.io.
1. The creator should click the Connect button in the email invitation they receive from their Talent Manager.
2. They should set their password and press the Sign up button. Alternatively, they can sign up with Google or Microsoft, provided their email address is linked to either.
3. The creator needs to connect their social accounts. Connecting socials is required to complete the registration process. They should start by connecting their Instagram and/or TikTok. Once either is connected, theyβll be able to link their YouTube.

Note: Unverified talent can be submitted for consideration in Whalar Brand Deals; however, they must verify their social accounts to participate in a campaign and gain access to the Payments and Messaging tabs. For more information, check out this guide.
During the agency setup process, you will have the opportunity to opt into brand deals. By selecting this option, your agency will be able to submit talent for consideration in brand deals and access a range of features to help manage these opportunities.
If you choose to opt in, youβll gain the ability to:
Manage brand deal offers directly through the platform.
Track campaign progress via the Messaging Tab.
Set up payments to your agency through the Payment Tab.
If you miss this step during the initial setup, Admins can always opt your agency into brand deals consideration later through their agency settings dashboard. See the full steps below.
Log in to your Foam account.
βNavigate to Agency Settings.
βSelect the General tab.
βScroll to the bottom and toggle on the Brand Deals option.
βOnce enabled, your talent will be automatically submitted and accepted for brand deals consideration.

1. Log in to your Foam account.
2. Click on the Talent card.
3. Select Payments.
4. You'll be prompted to set up a two-step verification β enter your mobile number and click Send code to request a verification code:
5. Input the code received through the message and click Submit. If you didn't receive the code via message, no worries β you'll get it through an automated call within the next 2 minutes:
5. Complete the Address page: First, select the payment type. Then, enter the contact email, phone number, name, and mailing address of the recipient. Once completed, click Next.
**If the payment type is set to "Company", the name fields (First Name, Middle Name and Last Name) are optional.
6. Complete the Payment Method page: From the dropdown menu, select your preferred payment method and enter your banking details. The payment methods and currencies may differ depending on the country you selected on the Address page (Step 5). Once completed, click Next.
Make sure to check the "Name on Account" field π―
If the payment type is set to "Individual", the field will automatically include the name you entered in Step 5. No action is required on your side.
If the payment type is set to "Company", ensure to modify this field to match the company name added in Step 5.
7. Complete the Tax Forms page: The page will automatically detect your location and request the necessary tax information to comply with the local laws of that country/jurisdiction.
8. Complete the VAT information and click Next.
9. Voila! You should see a confirmation message on your screen:
