Communication outside Volunteer World cannot be monitored or mediated if issues arise. This may put your coverage under the platform’s services (Refund Guarantee, Flex Option, Mediation) at risk.
Applications or arrangements made outside Volunteer World will not be covered by Flex Option, Refund Guarantee, or mediation services.

Important: If a coordinator asks you to arrange bookings or payments outside Volunteer World, report it immediately.
