How do I update iOS/Android to the latest version?

If you’re on iOS:

On your phone, navigate to Settings → General → Software Update.

Here, you can also turn on automatic updates, so your system will always remain up to date.

If you’re on Android:

Go to Settings → System & Updates → System Update.
