Here are a few tips that might help in this situation:
Close any background apps. If you have a lot of tabs open at the same time, Instories may slow down.
Make sure you have enough free storage. You should have at least 5 GB available.
Check that the app is updated to the latest version by visiting the Instories page in the App Store.
Update your operating system to the newest version. The Instories team is constantly working to optimize the app for the latest versions of both Android and iOS. If your system is too outdated, we unfortunately can’t guarantee that the app will work properly.
Try switching your network from mobile data to Wi-Fi or the other way around. Network quality really affects how quickly templates and instruments load in the app.
