Sometimes this happens, but there’s no need to worry! The app is still available in the App Store, you just need to find it in a different way.
Please follow these steps carefully — unfortunately, the app won’t show up through a regular search:
Open the App Store.
Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner. Make sure you’re signed in with the Apple ID you used to purchase the subscription.
Tap Apps / Purchases.
Type “Instories” into the search bar.
Tap the cloud icon to download the app again, or go to its page to update it.
We also recommend turning on automatic updates so you don’t have to do this manually each time you want to update the app.
