Most often, this happens because of network issues. Some providers block the server signal where our AI bot is located.
If photo or video generation process gets “stuck” or ends with an error, please try the following:
Tap on the Restore button in the My Account section.
Restart your device.
Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data or the other way around.
Turn your VPN on or off, if you’re using one.
We also recommend always checking for the latest version of the app in the App Store/Google Play and installing all necessary updates on time. Many bugs can only be fixed in newer versions of the app.
