To view archived orders, go to the My Orders section and click on the Closed tab. Find the needed order from the orders' list or use the Search bar to locate it by its topic or order number.
The archived orders are marked with an archive icon next to their status.
To unarchive the order:
Click the three dots next to the order title, choose Unarchive
Confirm the action by entering the account password.

To archive the order, click the three dots next to the order title and choose Archive.
Note: To archive an order, it must be previously Locked.
The Locked orders are marked with a lock icon next to their status:
To lock the order, click the three dots next to the order title, and choose Lock order:

What can I do if I forgot my password?
To reset the password, use the Forgot password option on the Log in page:
Log out of your account
Click on the Forgot Password link at the bottom of the sign-in
Enter your email address
Select the Send reset link option
Check your email inbox for a password reset email and click on the URL provided in the email to enter a new password.
I registered via social media and I don't have a password
If you registered via social media, you may not have a password set for the account.
In this case, you need to set an account password first.
Two ways to do that:
1) Use the Forgot password option on the Log in page to set it:
Log out of your account
Click on the Forgot Password link at the bottom of the sign-in
Enter your email address
Select the Send reset link option
Check your email inbox for a password reset email and click on the URL provided in the email to enter a new password.
2) Use the Set password option in the Sign in & security tab of the Account settings.
In such a case, you will receive a verification code via email. Once you enter it, the system will redirect you to the Set Password window.
