To check your order progress, first verify the order status to ensure a writer has already been successfully hired:
Draft or In Selection status means a writer hasn't been hired yet. To proceed, click the Hire Writer button and deposit the agreed amount into the order escrow.
In Progress, In Review, or In Revision means the writer has been successfully hired, and the order is in its active stage.
Completed means you've already received the final paper you are satisfied with, released the payment to the writer, and closed the order.
Canceled means the order has been canceled, either before or after a writer was hired, and no one works on it.
To get more detailed information about your order progress, we recommend contacting your writer directly through the order chat.
Here are some things you can do to stay updated and make sure the final product is up to standard:
Request an update on the progress of your order in the chat with the expert under your order
Request regular drafts from the expert if your order is 10+ pages
Release partial payments once the expert reaches a certain milestone (Researching, Outlining, Drafting, etc.)
Share samples of the final task or templates if you have any.
