Acenda's admin has three parts: a Dashboard with your key numbers, a left sidebar that groups every other page by topic, and a top bar for your time zone, display settings and account. Here's a quick map of where things live.
Before you start: make sure you can sign in. See How to sign in to Acenda Admin. We recommend signing in with Google over a password with two-factor authentication.
The Dashboard
When you sign in, you land on the Dashboard, titled with your organization's name. At the top, Orders Today and Total Orders give you a quick count, and the View Reports button opens the Reports page. You may also see an information banner about connecting Acenda to your AI tools through MCP.
If any orders reference a SKU that isn't in your catalog yet, an Orders Need Attention notice appears with a link to fix them. It only shows when there is something to fix, so no notice means nothing needs attention.
The rest of the Dashboard is split into two columns:
Left column: two line charts for the last 30 days, Gross Income by Channel and Number of Orders by Channel. Use the chart menu to download a chart as SVG, PNG or CSV. Below them, Latest Orders lists your newest orders with their order details, status and amount.
Right column: Active Orders shows, for each sales channel, how many orders are Unshipped and how many are Late. Click an unshipped count to open Orders already filtered. Sales Performance shows four small charts for Total Sales Today, Week to Date, Month to Date and Year to Date, each with the percent change.
The sidebar
The left-hand menu groups the pages you use most by topic. At the very top you'll see the Acenda logo, the organization switcher, and your role (shown as User Role), followed by Dashboard and the groups below. What you see can vary by role: some pages only appear if your account has access to them. The sidebar stays open; it doesn't collapse.
ORDERS
Orders: your order list and order details. Filter by Status, Channel or Warehouse, switch between the Unshipped, Late, Shipped, Canceled and All tabs, or create an order with New Order. See How to view and manage orders.
Returns: return requests from your channels, with the sales channel, external order ID, reason, last update and status for each.
Settlements: channel payout and settlement reconciliation. You can filter by discrepancies, reconciliation status, channel, provider and dates. Only shown if your account has settlement access; an admin in your organization can grant it, or contact Acenda Support.
CATALOG
Items: your product catalog. Filter by group, search by ID, SKU, brand or name, or add a product with New Item.
Assets: your image and media library. Use Upload File or Add from URL.
Attribute Overrides: set a different value for one channel without changing the base item. Tabs separate all overrides, manual ones and AI-accepted ones. See How to use attribute overrides to set a value for one channel.
Custom Fields: manage the extra fields your catalog uses for Products, Orders and Ship Advice. See How to create custom fields.
CHANNELS
Item Issues: issues to review and fix on your channel listings, with an option to export them as CSV. See How to fix marketplace listing errors.
Item Issues (AI): AI-suggested fixes for those issues. This page is marked BETA. See How to get started with Acenda IQ AI suggested fixes.
Item Status: see where each item stands on a channel. See What is the Item Status page?.
Integrations: the sales channels and fulfillment providers you've connected, with a button to add a new one. See How to connect a sales channel to Acenda.
Warehouses: your inventory locations, with New Warehouse to add one. See How to add and manage warehouses.
DATA TRANSFERS
Imports: upload catalog, inventory or pricing files with New Import. The page has two tabs, Imports and Exports, plus a Recurring Imports button for imports that run on a schedule. See How to import product data into Acenda.
Exports: download your catalog data by choosing an export type and format. You'll also find Export Profiles and your Generated Files here. See How to export data from Acenda.
Scheduled Exports: exports that run automatically on a schedule. See How to set up scheduled exports.
REPORTING
Reports: your sales and performance reports. See How to generate reports.
ADMINISTRATION
Settings: organization-level configuration. The General tab holds your organization name, Time Zone and contact information.
Users: manage who has access and what they can do, and invite new people with Invite User. Only shown if your account can manage users; an admin in your organization can grant that access. See How to manage users and permissions.
HELP
Help & Resources: expands to show Help Desk (this Help Center), Video Guides and Share Feedback.
Acenda staff accounts may also see an extra internal section at the bottom of the sidebar. It isn't part of the customer admin, so you won't see it.
If a page above isn't visible to you, that's almost always your role, not a bug. Some accounts don't have Dashboard access and go straight to Items when they sign in. If you belong to more than one Acenda organization, use the organization switcher at the top of the sidebar, directly under the logo, to search for and jump to another organization.
The top bar
Across the top right you'll find your Timezone (for example, America/Los Angeles PDT), a flag button you can click to change the admin's display language, a light/dark mode toggle (Mode), and your profile menu with Account Settings and Logout. The time zone shown is your organization's time zone, which an admin sets under Settings. See How to log out of Acenda Admin.
Troubleshooting
A page you expect isn't in the sidebar. That's almost always a role or permission setting. Ask an admin in your organization to check your access, or contact Acenda Support if it still isn't there.
Times on the Dashboard or in Orders look off. Check the Timezone in the top bar. If it shows your browser's time zone rather than the one you expect, ask an admin to confirm the organization's Time Zone under Settings.
You signed in and landed on Items instead of the Dashboard. That's expected for accounts without Dashboard access. Everything else your role allows is still in the sidebar.
