How do I get help onboarding to Chalk It Pro?

We offer a step-by-step onboarding guide that takes you through set-up from start to finish.


We offer two 30-minute onboarding calls with an onboarding specialist to help you get set up smoothly.

  • First Call: Typically scheduled at the beginning of your onboarding process. To make the most of this call, we recommend completing Steps 1 and 3 in the onboarding guide beforehand. If you need assistance with these steps, feel free to email us at support@chalkitpro.com.

  • Second Call: This call is scheduled when most of your setup is complete, or when you're ready to launch. The timing is entirely up to you—we’ll schedule it when you’re ready!
