👩‍🏫 Quick Start for School Teacher

Get access to your account → set up your profile → check your schedule → prepare materials → start a lesson in the virtual classroom.

The sign-in method depends on whether you have had an account on the platform before.

After the administrator adds you to the school, an email with your sign-in details will be sent to the email address provided during the invitation process.

If you are already registered on the platform as a teacher, you do not need to create a new account. After the administrator invites you to the school, a notification about joining the school will appear in your account.

After accepting the invitation, you will be able to work in the school.

After signing in, fill in the basic information in your profile.

We recommend providing:

💡 It is important to specify the correct time zone, so that the lesson schedule is displayed correctly.

If the school administrator has given you access to set up your work schedule, specify the times when you are available to teach.

Mark the available hours in the schedule.

The administrator will be able to schedule your lessons with students based on this schedule.

💡 Some time slots may be unavailable for selection — this depends on the school’s overall work schedule.

If you do not have access to change the schedule, the school administrator will set it up.

The school administrator can create students, add them to classes, and assign a teacher.

If the administrator adds a new student for you, you will see a notification and be able to open their profile.

These are materials created or purchased by the school. You will only see the materials you have been given access to.

Here you can create your own materials for lessons. Personal materials belong to you and do not automatically become school materials. However, the main administrator can copy these materials to “School materials”

This section contains the school’s interactive whiteboards, and you can also create your own boards.

💡 We recommend preparing the materials you will use for your first lesson in advance.

Training takes place in the virtual classroom.

Before the lesson starts, you need to select and assign the learning material to a student or group.

You can enter the virtual classroom in several ways.

If the lesson is already scheduled:

After that, the lesson will be assigned automatically.

After the lesson is assigned, it will become available to the student.

💡 You do not need to learn everything at once. For the first lesson, it is enough to set up your account, check your schedule, choose a material, and enter the virtual classroom.

AI Assistant — the platform’s built-in helper that helps you prepare for lessons faster and create learning materials.

✨ “AI Assistant+” is enabled for the entire school by the main administrator. After it is enabled, school staff will be able to use AI+ in their accounts.
