Key Points

The Startup plan includes:

  • Work Order Photos

  • Reminders

  • QuickBooks Online Integration

  • Custom Forms

Note All Startup plan features are also included in the Business and Pro plans.

Work Order Photos

Add photos to the Work Order to capture evidences, violations, and conditions that have not been rectified by your recommendations.

Send appointment reminders to your customers via email, text, email and text, or not to send at all. The top half of the page contains email parameters, the bottom portion contains text parameters. The person whose email address is in the Location page receives the reminder.

QuickBooks Online Integration

Settings - QuickBooks Online and Common QuickBooks Errors
     includes Quick Books Connect Instructions
and QuickBooks Online Sync Options videos
Stripe & QuickBooks - adding 2-factor authentication security

Custom Forms

Attach customizable PDF forms to Work Orders to add additional reporting features, such as contracts, WDIRs, Notice of Pesticide Use, and so forth. These forms become available in the mobile app where your customers and techs can sign them, and when the Work Order is completed and the tech emails the Work Order to the customer, the PDF file(s) will be included in the email.

Note The features of each plan are bundled together at a set price. We cannot bundle features across multiple plans or exclude features. Please know that the price includes all training and support, plus there are no contracts or signup fees.
