Access to the Analytics Oversight tab is available to:

Introduction
The Oversight tab in the Analytics section gives you a high-level view of what's happening across your meez account. From here you can monitor how your team is using meez, review a full log of recipe activity, and verify which purchase items and item IDs are mapped to your ingredients.
To access the Oversight tab, open the side menu, select Analytics, and click the Oversight tab.
User Activity
The User Activity chart gives you a summary of how each member of your team has been engaging with meez. You can use this to check when someone last logged in, see how active they've been, or get a quick snapshot of their contributions.
The chart displays the following for each user:
User: the user's email address
User Name: their display name in meez
First Active: the date they first logged into meez
Last Active: the most recent date they were active
Total Days Active: the total number of days they have logged in
Total Recipes Viewed: the total number of recipes they have opened
Total Recipes Created: the total number of recipes they have created
Total Recipes Modified: the total number of recipes they have edited
You can sort by any column, filter by a specific User, or filter by a Date range to focus on activity within a particular time period.
Recipe Activity
The Recipe Activity chart is a running log of all recipe actions taken across your account. It shows you what was done, when, and by whom. Making it easy to track changes or review the history of a specific recipe.
Each row in the table includes:
Recipe Name: the recipe that was acted on
Concept Names: the concept the recipe belongs to
Location Names: the location associated with the action
Date: when the action took place
Action: whether the recipe was Created, Modified, or Viewed
User: the email of the user who performed the action
You can filter this chart by Recipe Name, Action, User, or Date range to zero in on exactly what you're looking for.
Ingredient Mapping
The Ingredient Mapping chart shows you a complete list of your account's ingredient-to-purchase item mappings. This is a helpful reference if you need to verify which purchase items and item IDs are linked to which ingredients, or to confirm when a mapping was set up.
The chart includes the following columns:
Ingredient Name: the meez ingredient
Purchase Item Name: the purchase item mapped to that ingredient
Item ID: the unique ID assigned to that item by your vendor or inventory system
Vendor Name: the vendor the purchase item is associated with
Mapped On: the date the mapping was created
You can filter by Ingredient Name, Mapped on Date, or Last Modified Date to find specific mappings quickly.
