When a parcel looks promising, save it as a project. You can then test its feasibility in Giraffe and track it through your pipeline.
Sites is in beta. Have feedback? We'd love to hear it.
Select sites on the map
Click a parcel on the map to select it. Hold Shift, Cmd, or Ctrl while you click to select more parcels. You can also click rows in the Data Table.
Selected parcels appear in the Selected sites panel on the Find sites tab. On other tabs, a bar at the bottom shows how many sites you have selected, with a button to save them.
Read the selected site card
Each selected site shows a card with its fields. Fields that match your active search are pinned to the top and highlighted. The other fields rotate every few seconds. Click the dots under the card to jump between pages of fields.
Click the magnifier to Inspect all fields for that parcel.
With Regrid as the parcel source, click the person icon to Show parcels with the same owner.
Choose which fields a card shows first under Selected site card in Settings in Sites.
Save one site as a project
Select a parcel.
Click Save this site.
Enter a Project name and fill in any fields shown.
Click Create project. Click Create & open instead to open the new project in Giraffe right away.
Save several sites as projects
Select 2 or more parcels, then choose how to save them.
Amalgamate into 1 project combines the parcels into one project. Use this for a site assembled from several lots.
Separate projects creates one project for each parcel.
For separate projects, choose Same for all to fill in the fields once for every project. Choose Per project to step through each project and fill in its fields. Click Create projects to finish.
After you save a site
A message confirms the new project, with an Open project link. The project appears on the Projects tab and in the Pipeline.
When an Anthropic credential is set, Giraffe AI also writes a short summary of the site into the project's summary field.
