Hauler Hero now has the ability to support multiple merchant accounts (payment processing accounts) through a single instance of Hauler Hero.
Great for businesses with multiple legal entities that want a consolidated account for routing and invoicing, but to be paid into separate checking accounts.
This requires Hauler Hero Payments: reach out to payments@haulerhero.com if you’d like to set this up.
Our new Exceptions Review page gives you one place to review all your driver-logged exceptions as well as automated exceptions and discrepancies logged our automated Hero Vision camera system.
Filter exceptions, review photos and videos, and confirm exceptions.
Coming soon: ability to act on exceptions by adding a charge to an invoice or sending a message to its customer.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where unsuspending a customer would not fully lift their suspension restrictions.
Fixed an issue where editing containers for a draft service would fail to save changes.
Fixed an issue where an invoice preview would fail without a specific error explanation.
Fixed an issue where a text message would fail to send, yet still report as if it were sent.
Fixed an issue where the Services Routing Calendar and Work Order tab in the Customer Profile view would load slowly, or sometimes not at all.
Fixed an issue that could unintentionally create and associate large numbers of containers to a single service.
