You can now review your drivers’ pre-trip and post-trip inspections and repairs in Hauler Hero CRM.
Adding a customer now opens a new form where you can:
You can now also track why you lose customers when you deactivate them.
You can now upload your company logo yourself via Settings > Business Information.
This shows up on your invoices, statements, receipts, emails, and Customer Portal.
Company Email in Settings > Business Information is now required, so your customers’ replies to your invoice emails can reach you.
Service and location tags now show in Billing > Review > Work Orders and on each work order’s details page.
Bug Fixes
Fixed issues where some changes in Hauler Hero Road didn't reach Hauler Hero CRM: fuel and odometer entries, and stop action changes on one-off work orders.
Fixed an issue where deactivated services with a rental fee kept adding rental charges to invoices.
Fixed an issue where stops added for today in Hauler Hero CRM would not show on the driver’s route until the next day.
