New Features/Improvements
We’ve added a new permission that allows you to limit which roles/users have the ability to change the service date of On Request work orders that are already on an invoice.
Recurring work orders remain editable.
Serviced work orders stay locked.
Work order status chips now provide additional detail when a work order is on Hold, Vacation Hold, Suspended, or Canceled. Hover over the status chip for details.
The Notes icon on the Work Order Detail page now shows how many total notes it has.
Improved load times in the Configured Service Detail view’s “Map & Routing” tab.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where Route Manager filters and statuses did not handle mixed-service work orders or partially serviced stops correctly.
Fixed an issue where “Repair” or “Decommission” moves could result in inaccurate inventory.
Fixed an issue where certain payment workflows did not behave as expected.
