Updates
Stops that have a mix of both serviced and skipped are now given a status of “Mixed.”
The work order status in CRM will show “Mixed.”
Stops that are partially serviced/skipped (one or more containers are still pending) are now given a status of “Mixed Incomplete.”
For now, the work order status in CRM will show “Scheduled.”
Stop removal from CRM now removes the stop from tablet in seconds.
Route counters no longer include cancelled stops; drivers will no longer see stops remaining despite having nothing left on their list.
When every route for the day is assigned to another driver, the Router Picker now says “No route assigned to you” instead of repeating “Downloading routes.”
Customer phone numbers and emails are now hidden from drivers whose role does not have Customer Information permission.
Vehicle inspections now capture and store driver signatures with the inspection record visible in CRM.
Mechanics can now repair and sign off a submitted inspection with a non-critical defect, so the next driver can countersign it.
Defects that put a vehicle out of service cannot be signed off until it’s been corrected.
