CRM users and Hauler Hero Road users can now add Disposal Stops to their routes.
CRM users can create recurring and one-off disposal stops for a given day.
Hauler Hero Road users can record unscheduled disposal stops from their tablet.

Dry Runs are now a supported service action in CRM and Hauler Hero Road.
Use these to record trips where a driver couldn’t complete a service; for example: empty or blocked containers, containers not set out, etc.
This allows you to charge a dry run fee without affecting the customer’s regular rate.
To enable Dry Runs, you’ll need to set it up as a service action via Settings > Business Lines > Attributes.
