New Features/Improvements
We’ve given Account Reactivation an overhaul.
Locations, services, and work orders will be restored in a single step.
You can choose which services (and thus their resulting work orders) should be re-enabled.

The Master Sequence button is now more easily recognizable from Route Manager.
When creating Static customer lists, you can now filter customers by Billing Profile, Account Tags, or Status.
When a work order has been skipped, we will now show the exception your driver recorded, if any, when you hover over the Skipped status chip.
If you use our SMS Messaging Add-On, you can now revisit the Terms & Conditions you accepted before you registered.
You’ll now also be asked to review and accept the latest version of the Terms & Conditions, if they are ever updated in the future.
You’ll be able to revisit these Terms & Conditions by clicking Messaging Terms under Settings > Messaging.
We’ve given the Messaging section’s an updated, more streamlined look.
Broadcast has been replaced with New Message and its new compose-a-message UI.
Bug Fixes
Fixed issues in Route Manager where saving a Master Sequence, assigning a stop to a route, or using Bulk functions could, in certain cases, error out or blank the page.
Fixed an issue where some Customer Portal payments were not recorded in Hauler Hero.
Fixed an issue where a fee rate changed in Pricing would not apply to a service if anyone had saved that service's Fees & Taxes tab before.
If a service is still billing at its old rate, set its fee to the current Pricing rate on the service's Fees & Taxes tab and save.
Fixed an issue where SMS could show as Delivered when they had only been Sent.
