"Estimate unavailable" means Homsie couldn't generate a value for that property automatically — most often after a bulk import. To value a home, Homsie first tries to match the address to a recent MLS sale so it can pull the property's details (beds, baths, size, and so on). When it can't fetch those details from the MLS, it can't run the estimate on its own — so it asks you to fill in the missing pieces. This isn't an error; it's a prompt. Also, Homsie needs minimum 3 comparable's in order to come up with a valuation, so if you use "Create CMA" and Homsie can't find 3 comparable's, it will prompt you to add your own comparable's and re-run estimate.
To fix it:
Open the client and click Review Evaluation on the property marked "Estimate unavailable."
2. On the right, under Edit Details, you'll see "Fill in the property details first" and exactly which fields are still needed (for example, Style). Add the missing details.
3. When the required details are in, Homsie asks to Run AI Evaluation — it saves your details, searches recent comparable sales, and generates the estimate (about a minute). You can also choose to review manually instead.
Once it runs, you'll get an estimated value and comparables to review and approve like any other property.
