Your client gets their own branded portal — carrying your logo and brokerage — where they can follow their home's value over time. Here's what's in it.
Their property
On their property page, your client sees the current estimated value, how much it's gained or lost since they bought it (in both dollars and percentage), and a chart of the value over time they can view across different periods — 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or all time. They can edit their property's details, and add more properties to track.
Staying connected to you
This is the part that works for you. Alongside their value, the portal shows your photo and details, with two buttons that route the client straight back to you:
Request Agent Estimate — when a client taps this, you get a notification via email, and the request shows up in your Clients view under Needs Review, so you know to follow up with a fresh valuation.
Talk to [you] — this opens a pre-filled email addressed to you, so the client can reach out in one click. It arrives with the subject "Property Valuation Request – [their address]" and a short note asking to discuss their property and your availability:
Hi [Agent],
I would like to discuss my property at:
[property address]Please let me know your availability.
Thank you!
Both are natural openings for a conversation. A client checking their home's value and then raising their hand is exactly the moment to reach out about a move.
More in the portal
Your client also gets local Market Insights and nearby places for their property, and they can search MLS listings. And they receive automatic monthly value-update emails — keeping your brand in their inbox month after month.
