This is normal. A visit is counted when someone scans your code and opens the link. A signup is only counted when that person goes on to create an account or submit your landing page form. So "3 visits · 0 signups" means three people opened your page and none of them have signed up yet. It doesn't mean anything is broken. If someone scans but never taps through to the link, Homsie can't count it.
Getting visits but few signups? Try pointing the code at Your landing page, which shows homeowners the value of signing up. Or make the offer on your sign or flyer clearer, like "Scan for your free home value".
